I'd want to join Luffy's crew and my job would be to polish zoro's swords (does that count as a job?) :P My devil's fruit power would be the ability to control and make sound so I can be the musician that Luffy keeps saying he wants as a shipmate too.

I agree with crazypanda, i like to keep things as original as possible, so I prefer english subtitles (coz i'm not very good with the japanese language). Sometimes the english dubbing doesn't capture the essence of what the whole scene is about, and i've heard dialogue in the dubbed version that's totally different from the original version. The original voice actors do a much better job as well.. so yeah, subs all the way~
